Hanwha Defense USA, Inc. seeks a skilled Program Finance Manager to partner with line leadership, develop financial strategies, and implement best practices for EACs, risk assessments, and program growth in a regulated defense environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, GAAP, and experience with EVM reporting for large USG programs. Collaboration with Contracts, Engineering, and BD is essential to drive profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• MBA or master’s in accounting or finance strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D) with complex USG programs.
• Hands-on experience managing program EACs and cost/price analysis in regulated environments.
• SME on financial performance, early warning of risks, and mitigation actions.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, and financial support for programs.
• Experience with GAAP, FAR, CAS, and government audits (DCAA/DCMA).
• Strong communication skills translating financials into actionable leadership insights.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate financial information clearly to leadership.
• Lead development of program EACs and R&O assessments.
• Perform financial analyses to support program decisions.
• Identify and resolve program financial risk issues.
• Coordinate monthly close for revenue recognition and profitability updates.
• Support internal/external program audits as required.
• Prepare responses to government audit requests (DCMA, DCAA, DoD).
• Provide program financial reporting, variance analysis, and metrics to leadership.
• Support proposal development and pricing strategy recommendations.
• Present program financial status to customers and educate Program Office on cost performance.
