Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Manager (M4) in McKinney, TX, onsite within the OSQ Finance organization. You will oversee capacity growth financials, collaborate with Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and ensure adherence to EACs and earned value. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years experience, or a related advanced degree with 5+ years. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial oversight of capacity growth efforts across multiple contract types and funding sources.
• Engage with Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
• Provide timely, thorough quantitative analyses to support business, program, and project decisions.
