Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Financial Manager to lead a team of analysts overseeing capacitization investments valued at over $10B. This high-visibility role reports to CGO Finance and partners across engineering, supply chain and contracts to enable strategic decision making.

The role requires extensive experience in EVMS, SAP APEX, and program controls, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with EVMS, program controls, and cost/schedule integration.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience interfacing with engineering, supply chain, contracts, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior analysts; coordinate EVMS submissions and LREs.
• Analyze capacitization EV metrics and provide guidance to leadership.
• Collaborate with CGO Finance Director to shape long-range financial outlook.
• Build consensus among executives to enable accelerated production and financial benefits.
