Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Principal Specialist in Military Engines - General Finance. The role blends analytics, contracting and cross‑functional work to mature from pre‑HOA to a multi‑year procurement agreement.

The candidate will perform financial modeling, pricing, and capacity planning, working with Ops, SC, Finance, and leadership. U.S. citizenship is required; hybrid onsite/offsite duties apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required with at least 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
• Experience in Financial Modeling, Business Case Development, Forecasting, Sensitivity Analysis, Linear Modeling, Machine Learning.
• Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate reporting to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Pricing and estimating (ROM and formal proposal).
• Volume and demand planning.
• Investment and capacity modeling.
• Supply chain integration and supplier flowdown.
• Contract T&Cs strategy and proposal development.
• Cross-functional integration across Ops, SC, Finance, Programs, and Sustainment.
• Support for executive briefings.
