Job summary

Hoxton Circle seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Commercial Strategy to partner with the CEO and Senior Director, Strategic Finance. This hybrid role in Manhattan combines FP&A leadership with strategic merchandising and growth analytics for a luxury e-commerce brand with ~$800m in revenue.

You will drive financial storytelling, board-ready materials, and key strategic initiatives, including international expansion, competitive intel, and GTM experiments.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Growth Strategy, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills paired with the ability to tell a story with numbers.
• High discretion and professionalism; direct representation of the finance function with the parent company.
• Consumer, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Analytical horsepower and the ability to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Right hand to the new CEO - run point on strategic projects and key deliverables.
• Financial modeling & growth strategy + GTM analysis.
• Own the day-to-day budgeting and forecasting cycle, including monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts and the models behind them.
• Build board and senior-leadership presentations translating financial data into a clear, strategic narrative.
• Analyze performance vs. plans, forecasts, market share and competitive analysis to bring insights to the org.
• Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities within finance and the functions it supports.
