Job summary

Harnham seeks a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives. You will analyze CAC, LTV, retention, and channel profitability, building financial models to assess investments and operational improvements.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while translating data into actionable recommendations for pricing, margins, and profitability. This role is hybrid and Chicago-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting a direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, consumer products, retail, subscription, or marketplace business strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, customer economics, and revenue drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience analyzing business performance and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is beneficial.

Operating across multiple direct-to-consumer channels, the company leverages data, analytics, and customer insights to drive profitable growth and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with commercial teams, influencing business strategy, and turning complex data into actionable recommendations. The Role
