Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking an Analyst for Strategic Finance & Growth Strategy (FP&A) to partner with senior leadership and shape decision-making for a dynamic eCommerce brand. The role offers a hybrid work setup with three days per week in Manhattan, enabling close collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to C-suite leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in strategic finance, growth strategy, or FP&A at a consumer brand or a path from IB/ER/PE/consulting into in-house finance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in strategic finance, growth strategy, or FP&A at a consumer brand or transition from IB, ER, PE, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling & growth strategy development.
• Strategic projects across international expansion, location launches, brand positioning, ecommerce, supply chain, macro impacts.
• Drive planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial performance (budget, forecast, strategic planning).
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and build presentations for stakeholders, parent company, and C-suite.
• Analyze performance vs plans, forecasts, market share and competitive analysis to inform the org.
• Assist with M&A activities.
