Harmonic Finance Inc ™ | Certified B Corp in Miami is seeking a Sr. Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for a data-led eCommerce platform.

You will partner with the CFO and finance leadership to shape growth strategy, support acquisitions, and build scalable financial infrastructure. This hands-on, high-visibility role blends corporate FP&A, M&A analysis, and brand-level support, with potential future oversight of portfolio brands.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an FP&A function for at least 3 years.
• Strong 3-statement modeling capabilities.
• Experience operating in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for corporate and brand levels.
• Build and maintain enterprise and brand-level financial models including acquisition underwriting.
• Lead analysis of pricing, SKU mix, margins, and profitability across channels.
