Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead financial modeling, forecast ownership, and strategic planning for omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives. The role partners with executives to drive growth, profitability, and disciplined investments across platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A expertise in marketplace economics, excellent communication skills, and a track record of influencing strategic decisions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting experience with commercial or channel P&L.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executives and non-finance audiences.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A tools such as NetSuite or OneStream is preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or marketplace economics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, planning, and reporting for e-commerce and marketplace P&L, including budgets and reforecasts.
• Build driver-based revenue models covering GMV, take rate, commissions, livestream hours, paid media, and contribution margin.
• Provide strategic analysis and board-ready materials to guide executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial targets into KPIs and action plans.
