Job summary

Hoxton Circle partners with a high-growth sports and entertainment company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager who will own the core financial model, support capital raising efforts, and evaluate M&A opportunities. You’ll report to the Head of Strategy and work across FP&A, corporate development, and ops to drive strategic initiatives and tell the company’s story to investors and partners.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves

Qualifications

• Bulge bracket IB or Big 4 valuations background.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on modeling ability.
• Strong grasp of EBITDA, valuation, and capital structure.
• Comfort working across FP&A, corporate development, and operations.
• Interest in sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s core financial model: updates, scenario analysis, capex projections, and long-term planning.
• Build outputs for board, capital partners, and internal leadership.
• Lead valuations for M&A and strategic partnerships with pro forma models.
• Support capital raising prep for future debt or equity raises.
• Develop investor materials and shape how the company tells its story.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, corporate dev, and ops on high-impact initiatives.
