Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Director, Product Finance and FP&A to own unit economics, pricing strategy, and the financial architecture of the company. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to drive monetization and capital allocation decisions that shape Ramp’s growth and potential IPO trajectory.

You’ll build and maintain the consolidated financial model, lead headcount and non-payroll budgeting, and deliver executive-level analyses and Board-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company is a must.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills.
• Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision.
• Get-things-done mentality with ability to dissect problems and drive solutions autonomously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of using AI and automation tools to streamline financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own unit economics models for every product line and set financial targets.
• Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp’s portfolio.
• Lead strategic deals and structuring for competitive wins.
• Oversee product investment evaluations and long-term growth opportunities.
• Own Ramp’s consolidated financial model and key business drivers from revenue to cash flow.
• Lead headcount planning and cost budgeting with cross-functional partners.
• Build executive-level reporting and materials for Board decisions.
• Own FP&A tooling roadmap and internal systems.
