Raytheon, located in Andover, MA, is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to lead the C3S2 finance team within Land and Air Defense Systems. The role entails driving performance, managing EAC development, and forecasting in a hybrid onsite/remote setting with relocation not provided.

The successful candidate will collaborate with RTX internal customers and external partners, oversee a portfolio exceeding $300M in annual revenue, and guide talent development across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with 10 years in Finance/Accounting; or an Advanced degree with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Experience with program execution tools (APEX, PRISM, EDIT) and FP&A activities.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracting access restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of 20+ professionals with focus on talent pipelines and career development.
• Drive financial performance, program controls, EAC development, forecasting, risk and opportunity management.
• Partner with prime program offices and cross-functional teams to support C3S2 leadership and program goals.
