Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Associate Director of Procurement Finance to drive analytical interfaces with the Supply Chain procurement team. You will influence negotiations, develop business cases, and align financial commitments across functions.

This hybrid role requires strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel a significant portion of the time (>50%) to support critical initiatives.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation.
• Experience in Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finance input to supplier negotiations.
• Value-add support for Supply Chain business case development.
• Coordinate across SBU and Functional Finance to align procurement and Raytheon's commitments.
• Develop robust processes for PV tracking, CER pool management, KPI tracking, and Best Value sourcing support.
• Conduct constraint analyses to support investment initiatives and improve material availability.
• Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making.
• Responsible for both direct and indirect CER pools.
