Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Director of Product Finance and FP&A to drive monetization, pricing, and financial architecture across the company. You will own product unit economics and lead strategic financial planning, reporting to the executive team and the Board.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and People teams to scale Ramp toward an IPO, using AI-enabled analytics to inform investment decisions and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance roles (FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting) at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own unit economics models and pricing strategy across product lines.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, headcount planning, and executive reporting.
• Develop financial architecture and board-ready analyses.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and People ops on growth initiatives.
