Job summary

Ten Gun seeks a hands-on Finance Director to own accounting, reporting, planning, cash management, controls and compliance. You will advise the CEO and leadership, shaping the next chapter with data-driven insights and practical action.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while driving system improvements, automation and governance across finance and operations. A strategic partner, you will guide pricing, resourcing and risk decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience including close, reporting, planning, controls, tax and team leadership.
Strategic business partner to senior leadership with strong judgment to translate analysis into action.
Experience in multi-state compliance and tax, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy and executive partnership translating goals into priorities and decisions.
Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and scenario modeling.
Manage accounting, month-end close, GAAP-based financial statements, and reconciliations.
Maintain cash forecasts, liquidity management, banking relationships and working capital priorities.
Strengthen visibility into project economics and profitability with leadership partners.
Ensure internal controls, tax, payroll and regulatory compliance across states and Washington state.
