Job summary

V15P1Talonnn seeks a Senior Director of Finance to lead our financial operations from the Head Office in LOC1, United States. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, drive strategic financial planning, and guide the executive team on investments and risk management.

You will oversee financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, mentor a team of finance professionals, and shape policies to sustain long-term growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Master's degree, CPA/CFA, M&A experience, publicly traded company exposure.
