Job summary

Global Guardians is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Group’s financial management, control and reporting across multiple entities. Reporting to the CEO, this role combines strategic insight with robust governance in a growing, operationally complex business.

You will develop KPIs, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high‑performing Finance team partnering with operations to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Qualified or highly experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts across the Group (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow).
• Provide financial analysis and commentary for Board and senior leadership meetings.
• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance.
• Oversee statutory accounts, tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage external accountants, auditors and tax advisers.
• Drive cashflow, working capital and KPIs for profitability and performance.
• Develop finance systems and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.
