Fluor Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to support a government working capital fund life cycle. The role requires an Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a CI Polygraph and will be based in Aurora, CO or Reston, VA.

The position centers on financial management, analysis, and reporting for multiple contract types, including FAR/CAS. You will lead a team, ensure timely reporting, and collaborate with Program Managers, CO, and Finance teams to maintain accuracy and

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and sixteen years of work-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge to complete the job and knowledge of applicable laws.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes/guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, timely work.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of individual contributors.
• Develop, analyze, and submit client standard reporting.
• Review client invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Track labor hours, overtime, and OT reporting.
• Develop internal management reporting and accruals.
• Support monthly close, cost accounting, and project codes.
