Fluor is seeking a VP of Finance to lead accounting operations, program finance, and internal controls. This executive provides strategic direction for financial infrastructure and partners with the C-suite to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, reporting, tax, and audits under US GAAP, managing a finance team, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing/government contracting environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience with government contract accounting (FAR/DFARS/CAS/DCAA) is valued.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting, tax, program finance, and financial reporting.
• Oversee GAAP compliant statements and internal controls.
• Mentor and manage a finance team and ensure monthly close deadlines.
• Partner with exec leadership for long-term planning and cost visibility.
