Fluor Corporation in the United States seeks a seasoned Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel in the Stennis, MS location, directing cross-functional delivery and ensuring security clearance compliance.

You will chair weekly reviews, manage contractor responses to performance deficiencies, and drive action closure under the Program Manager's absence.

Requires accredited four-year degree and 12 years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with eight years of work experience, or twelve years with non-degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Must have job-related technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable laws and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Directs day-to-day integration across facilities operations, maintenance, electrical, IT, and project execution.
• Chairs the Weekly Status Review.
• Manages contractor response to government-identified performance deficiencies and owns corrective action closure.
