Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract management activities on Fluor projects and service contracts. Responsibilities include supervising subcontracts, coordinating with legal and safety teams, and ensuring compliance with statutes and contract terms.

A TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance and US citizenship are required. The role reports to project leadership, develops contracting strategies, and supports proposal development, invoicing, and contractor performance

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree and 1 year of work-related experience or five years of equivalent experience if non-degreed.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable laws and guidelines at local, state/province, and federal/national levels.
Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

Manage multiple service subcontracts and project subcontracts across locations.
Coordinate with legal on terms and conditions for subcontractors.
Coordinate subcontract processes trainings for project managers & program leadership.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and review proposals and evaluations.
Perform post-award contract management including invoicing and closeout.
Assist project controls on project processes and brief project managers.
Organize service contracts to ensure timely co-termination.
Interface with project team and management at multiple levels.
