Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Business Financial Manager to support DARPA projects from our Arlington, VA office. You will oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and administrative tasks essential to large-scale research and development programs.

In this role you will coordinate with program managers, prepare budgets, monitor milestones, gather deliverables, and maintain schedules. A TS clearance, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/Office are required for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a financial management role, government research preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Excellent oral communication and written skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; onsite work required.

Responsabilidades

• Support DARPA programs by managing full lifecycle of large-scale R&D efforts.
• Perform financial tracking, budgeting, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and manage solicitations; monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting support.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain files.
