Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. in Albany, OR is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst – Demand Planning to strengthen forecasting and financial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will lead the Demand Planning process, build dashboards, analyze forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights to drive profitable growth. The role requires six years of finance experience, a business analytics degree, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive experience in finance and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex analytical tools and automated processes.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly performance overviews comparing Sales against plan and forecast.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing for financial guidance, forecasting, budgeting.
• Develop dashboards and drillable reporting tools for sales management.
• Lead analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and provide leadership recommendations.
• Lead the Demand Planning Process and improve forecast accuracy.
• Forecast revenue and SKU performance monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Analyze forecast variances and drive continuous improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members.
