Oregon Freeze Dry in Albany, OR is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst - Demand Planning to drive forecasting, budgeting, and profitability through data-driven insights.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop accurate forecasts and improve planning processes. The role demands six+ years in finance/analytics, a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics or equivalent, plus advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive experience in finance and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business analytics.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex analytical tools, reporting solutions, and automated processes.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain & Marketing to support demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly performance overviews, summarizing Sales performance against plan and forecast.
• Primary Finance business partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, providing financial guidance and budgeting.
• Develop dashboards and drillable reporting tools for sales management to drive BI.
• Lead complex financial analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and business initiatives.
• Lead the Demand Planning Process and measure forecast accuracy.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue and SKU forecasting.
