The role evaluates performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops actionable recommendations to support profitable growth. The analyst will build models, dashboards, and reports to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or the food industry with a business or accounting degree.
• Ability to build applications and reports from multiple data sources.
• Experience with ERP systems and large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple data-analysis requests.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, profitability, market trends, and business results to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate actual financial results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and communicate findings to management.
• Conduct profitability analyses across customers, products, and business segments to support business planning and operational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Operations, and other business functions.
• Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and process enhancements.
