Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry, Albany, Oregon, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance & Accounting organization, drive strategic financial decisions, and optimize liquidity across manufacturing facilities. You will partner with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives, ensure strong internal controls, and align financial strategy with corporate objectives.

This role requires extensive manufacturing finance experience and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years in progressive finance & accounting with a bachelor’s degree.
• CPA, CMA or MPA highly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to set strategic and financial priorities.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Drive profitability through pricing, product profitability, and capital investments.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounting team.
