Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Albany team. This role supports Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, ensuring accurate data, timely vendor payments, and smooth payroll processing.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems, contributing to efficient financial operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related roles or equivalent experience.
• Fast paced, high-volume accounting environment experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; Excel and databases essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable including invoices, PO matching, coding, and payment releases.
• Reconcile AP discrepancies and respond to vendor questions and disputes.
• Support accounts receivable activities including posting cash receipts and processing credit/debit memos.
• Assist payroll including data management, garnishments, and 401(k) administration.
