Qualifications

• Six years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Four years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience with cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, variances, and overhead allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for manufacturing operations across plant locations.
• Maintain standard costing methodologies and inventory valuation processes.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate capital investments and support pricing decisions.
• Serve as a finance partner to plant leaders providing guidance and performance analysis.
• Oversee near-month close, inventory accounting and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
