Job summary

Vanta seeks a Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team to uncover insights guiding company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in a high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and more to build trust and deliver data-driven recommendations; your work will influence operating plans and investments with self-serve reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or equivalent function.
• Exposure to FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic insights by conducting deep analyses informing high-impact financial decisions.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and more to drive initiatives.
• Automate recurring deliverables and scale workflows as the company grows.
