Job summary

Vontier, a global technology company, seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join the corporate FP&A team in Raleigh. You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial cycles and provide analytics on P&L and budgets.

You will work with senior leaders to draft and implement budgets, drive cost improvements, and deliver data-driven insights for the Executive Board and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a publicly traded, global organization.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion to deep dive into business metrics.
• Experience in financial analysis and solid business acumen.
• Experience driving cost reduction and commercially focused initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Access or SQL or other databases is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and maintain finance models with the FP&A team.
• Analyze operating costs and efficiency, supporting cost reduction actions.
• Assist in efficiency plans and ad hoc reports for executive leadership.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews.
