Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team to uncover insights that guide planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions in a high-growth environment.

You will partner across FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, and Marketing; build self-service dashboards, automate recurring work, and elevate analytics infrastructure with Data Engineering.

Roll with a focus on data-driven decisions, collaboration, and responsible AI use to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or equivalent function.
• Experience with FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills; familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic insights by conducting deep analyses that inform high-impact financial decisions.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and more as a technical advisor.
• Automate recurring deliverables and scale workflows to improve efficiency.
• Empower decision-makers with self-service dashboards and data assets.
