Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Site Controller for its Cranston, RI facility. This role involves financial leadership, overseeing compliance with defense contracts, and collaboration with various departments to drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive finance experience and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA. A strong knowledge of cost accounting and familiarity with government contracts is essential for success. Competitive salary range of $155-180K with a 20% bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or defense/aerospace.
• Experience working with government contracts and understanding of FAR/DFARS/CAS.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions in financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to government contracting requirements.
• Monitor KPIs that measure productivity and financial performance.
