Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred; MBA a plus.
• 10–12 years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in supervisory roles, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements and close processes.
• Manage cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory controls.
• Develop and enforce internal controls; support audits.
• Lead accounting team, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.
• Partner with operations and supply chain on budgeting and forecasting.
