Job summary

Loloi Rugs, a leading textile brand, seeks a detail-oriented Controller to lead finance operations for B2B and D2C channels from our Farmers Branch HQ.

You will manage accounting, GAAP reporting, audits, ERP initiatives, and a high-performing team, partnering with operations, sales, and marketing to optimize margins and cash flow.

This on-site role requires 5+ years in accounting, CPA or MBA preferred, and strong leadership in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in B2B and/or D2C environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, inventory, payroll and tax compliance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and proper financial reporting to regulators and leadership.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports with insights into drivers, trends, and variances across B2B and D2C.
• Manage internal controls and regulatory compliance across finance functions.
• Partner with operations, sales, and marketing to develop budgets, forecasts and margin analyses.
• Analyze COGS, gross margin, and inventory valuation to inform pricing and supply chain decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital across channels; coordinate audits.
