Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, with Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role preferred.
• Experience in consumer, e-commerce, retail, or fashion environments preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting function including AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for leadership.
• Establish internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Oversee inventory accounting with warehouse and ops teams.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
