Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Inventory knowledge and sales tax understanding.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage cash flow, investments and financial risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster growth.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors for reviews.
• Enhance financial systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
