Job summary

Loloi Rugs, a family-owned textile brand, is seeking an Account Manager to join the Managed Accounts Team in Dallas, TX, on-site five days a week. You will be the primary contact for national retail accounts, work across Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and EDI, and ensure orders are processed and shipped efficiently.

• Strong computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and internal partners.

• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Curious and eager to learn complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of national retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-level service.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and EDI to resolve order, inventory, shipping, and process-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Organize and prioritize multiple customer priorities with high accuracy.
• Manage customer portals and order workflows to ensure orders are received, processed, shipped, and invoiced accurately.
• Monitor inventory availability, analyze backorders, and communicate proactive solutions to customers.
• Coordinate freight options, shipping solutions, and order execution to meet customer requirements.
• Issue return authorizations, coordinate credits, and resolve shipping discrepancies within service levels.
• Maintain QA metrics and departmental performance expectations.
• Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with internal teams on business initiatives.
