Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and support growth. You will oversee journal entries, reconciliations, asset tracking, and audit prep while developing scalable costing and a consolidation process.

Ideal candidate will have 7+ years in finance within manufacturing, strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP (Dynamics 365) expertise, plus advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting in a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong background in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• ERP experience with Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred; consolidation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, A/P check review, and audit prep.
• Document workflows and define internal controls (Requisition-to-Payment, Order-to-Cash).
• Support the development of a scalable, sustainable costing system.
• Maintain the parent company's consolidation system and oversee the accounting team.
• Lead month-end close, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
