Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies, Cookeville, TN, seeks a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead the Finance and Accounting function for its Cookeville operations and support the Flagstaff, AZ facility. • Experience in financial close, internal controls, audits, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP (and IFRS for potential international impact) and taxation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full scope of accounting processes for a branch or collection of branches.
• Lead the financial close and reconciliation process, accountable for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure local statutory reporting and tax authority requirements are met.
• Ensure policy and procedures adhere to internal controls and lead audit requirements.
• Serve as primary contact with Corporate Accounting for reporting needs.
• Lead, develop, and coach the local accounting team.
• Contribute to the financial planning cycle with revenue, cost, and working capital reviews.
