Job summary

Aero-Flite, Inc. is seeking a Finance - Controller to oversee accounting and finance functions from Spokane, WA. The role reports to the President and supervises the Accounting Manager and staff, ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

The Controller will coordinate the annual budget, manage audits with external auditors, and optimize processes across ERP and payroll systems. Occasional travel and a strong leadership focus are expected.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting required.
• 10 years progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in supervision/management.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Oversee monthly GAAP-compliant financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Coordinate and drive the annual budget process and related analyses.
• Interface with external auditors and manage annual financial audits.
• Oversee cash disbursement, payroll controls, and related banking activities.
