We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Controller to lead the Finance and Accounting function for our Cookeville, TN operations and support our Flagstaff, AZ facility. As the senior accounting leader for the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with corporate standards, local statutory requirements, and U.S. GAAP. This key leadership role oversees all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Working closely with the Vice President of Finance and cross‑functional business leaders, you will provide financial insight and strategic decision support, lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, manage external audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and controls. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a proven ability to develop high‑performing teams, influence business decisions, and contribute to the organization’s long‑term financial success. Occasional travel between facilities is required.
