Job summary

Aero-Flite, Inc. seeks a Controller to lead Accounting and Finance, supervising the Accounting Manager and team. Ensure GAAP compliance, payroll tax, and financial reporting. Based in Spokane, WA, this role reports to the President and drives annual budget planning and analyses.

Responsibilities include overseeing audits, cash management, ERP system changes, cost controls, and compliance with state and federal filings. Strong leadership, analytical skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting
• ERP Experience
• 10 years progressive accounting with 5 years in a supervisory or management role
• CPA or Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant monthly close and financial reporting.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and analysis.
• Interface with external auditors and manage tax filings.
• Oversee cash disbursement, payroll, and 401k administration.
• Collaborate with corporate office on cash flow, reporting and special projects.
