Job summary

ProMach's HMC Products division seeks a Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting, partnering with leaders to drive profitability and operating effectiveness. You’ll own budget cycles, close processes, and capital planning while guiding ERP systems and internal controls across manufacturing functions.

You’ll influence strategic decisions with actionable insights and develop talent within a collaborative, growth‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance with manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and business software; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with business leaders.
• Oversee close processes, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and reporting.
• Ensure revenue recognition per ASC 606 and contract reviews.
• Partner with Tax for timely filings and ERP system oversight.
• Develop talent and support cross‑functional teams.
