Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, internal controls, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. You will direct budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, journal entries, and reporting while ensuring compliance and accurate fiscal records.

You will lead a team, manage ERP systems, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and engineering to support profitability and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct the company’s accounting policies, budgetary process, and job costing by establishing and maintaining fiscal records and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditure requests, and inventory analysis.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper revenue recognition and ERP system integrity.
• Develop short- and long-range accounting goals aligned with company strategy.
