Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Minimum of five years in cost accounting or related accounting roles with cost systems exposure.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience with database information in Excel/Power BI.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is required.
• CMA certification preferred; leadership potential in a small to mid-size company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closings and reporting of sales, cost, and profitability to senior leadership.
• Assist Controller in designing financial controls and policies; manage cash forecasts and annual audit process.
• Support cost management, asset maintenance, and cycle count improvements to accuracy.
• Analyze AP/AR/Labor processes to improve efficiency and implement process improvements.
