BirdieBox is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, collaborating closely with the CEO and outsourced CFO to manage budgeting, cash flow projections, and compliance.

You will drive forecasting, investor reporting, and strategic financial analysis to support growth while maintaining strong controls and governance. This full-time role based in New York offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals including reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals and cash flow analysis.
• Inventory management experience and Travel & Expense reporting.
• Ability to organize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily/monthly/yearly accounting and treasury functions.
• Prepare cash reconciliations, projections and investor/board documents.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables and debt servicing.
• Oversee inventory management, budgeting and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and external audits.
