Cirba Solutions, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The role drives financial rigor and KPI development to support the investment strategy and growth trajectory.

The successful candidate will supervise financial reporting, build robust models, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to deliver insights for executives and the board.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving rigor with structured analysis.
• Proven leadership of people, processes, and workflows.
• Strong systems aptitude and proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing business environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual planning process and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial analyses, models, and KPIs to support strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial packages for executives and board.
• Create management reporting with timely insights on trends and drivers.
• Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful performance insights.
• Maintain 13-week cash flow forecast and proforma models.
