Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• 10+ years progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience in medical billing and small-company environments.
• EOS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, medical billing, and HR operations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Prepare timely financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate external relationships with brokers, attorneys, and bankers.
• Lead department team and drive organizational change.
