DoorDash is seeking an Associate for the US Marketplace Finance & Strategy team to own P&L reporting, planning, and investment management. You will translate performance into leadership-ready narratives to drive data-driven decisions, collaborating with strategy, product, analytics, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on long-range planning, model complex inputs, and help guide where to invest to balance growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and influencing partners at all levels.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills to size opportunities and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key financial performance drivers for reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate performance data into leadership-ready narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with teams to identify gaps to goals and propose solutions to close them.
• Assess investment requests and ensure approved investments are reflected in plans.
• Support long-range planning and company forecasting for growth and profitability.
• Improve, automate, and scale reporting and planning processes.
