Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or a strategic finance role at a high-growth company.
• Experience with variance analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting in an operating company context.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company’s fully integrated financial model across all units.
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis with executive commentary.
• Build pricing models including unit economics and scenario analysis.
• Model M&A opportunities including DCF/LBO and synergies.
• Own long-range 3–5 year financial plan with assumptions and risk sensitivities.
• Support structuring of joint ventures and partnerships with economic modeling.
• Drive capital allocation frameworks balancing growth and balance sheet decisions.
• Prepare board materials and investor reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Engineering to embed financial rigor.
